This position is also responsible for maintaining a clean, well organized cabin, moving ski racks morning and night, placing adirondack chairs out in the morning and moving the chairs at the end of the shift for proper grooming. This includes end-to-end measurement planning, reporting, dashboard building, deep-dive analysis in Snowflake and Tableau, quality assurance of marketing channel data collection, long-term strategic thinking and special projects. Additionally, this role will be focused on elevating Vail’s marketing strategy by leading advanced analytics projects including multi-touch attribution, customer acquisition cost analysis, and taxonomy implementation. This role will partner with marketing channel teams (Digital, Paid Media, Relationship Marketing, etc.) in support of our various lines of business (e.g. Season Pass, Ski/Ride School, Hospitality, My Epic Gear & Rentals).
