Our Work:
We install, support, and monitor intrusion alarms, video surveillance camera systems, card reader access systems, and fire alarm systems. We need smart, friendly, inside-tech-support technicians to help our customers and our field technicians keep those systems running. Security Central tech-support experts are responsible for achieving total customer satisfaction by solving technical challenges in a friendly, caring, and efficient manner. S.C.I. tech-support team members need to take full responsibility and ownership of all aspects of serving and supporting customers and field-techs such as trouble-shooting over the phone, remotely programming systems, scheduling service appointments, and explaining how to properly use the systems.

Our Client-C.A.R.E. Services call center is a fast-paced, high-performance environment that sometimes gets a bit crazy and stressful, but we work together as a tight-knit team to C.A.R.E. for our customers’ safety and security needs. Successful tech-support experts need to be comfortable working in a professional office environment but also be able to handle the high-demand of constantly-ringing phones.

Successful technicians should also be equipped with good problem solving abilities, methodical trouble-shooting skills, and strong analytical faculties to assess a situation and quickly devise a plan to serve the customers. Familiarity with I.T. Networks, computer hardware/software, electronic systems, smart phones, etc. is helpful to support clients most effectively.
