Are you an outgoing, persuasive individual who thrives on meeting new people? Join our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Canvasser and be the face of Go Solar, introducing potential customers to the benefits of solar energy while earning top dollar. Whether youre a seasoned sales professional or new to the industry, we provide all the training, tools, and support you need to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers in residential neighborhoods to promote solar energy solutions.
- Clearly and compellingly explain the benefits and features of solar energy.
- Build rapport with prospects, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Compensation
- Bi-weekly commissions paid within two weeks of closing each project. Get paid before the project is even installed.
- No commission clawbacks if a project doesnt get installed after payment.
- Commission Structure:
- Starts at $250 per kWh sold (average system: 6-14 kWh).
- Scales up to $750 per kWh based on monthly sales volume.
- Example: 10 kWh system $250/kWh = $2,500 commission.
- 4 deals/month $2,500 commission/deal = $10,000 monthly commission.
- Earning Potential: Uncapped, with potential earnings of $250,000+ annually.
- Base salary of $25,000, unlocked after closing your first ten deals.
- Bonuses:
- $10,000 for every 10 deals signed in your first month.
- Six-month bonus: 50 kWh per kW sold within each six-month timeframe.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from canvassing locations.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is preferred.
