Regional Sales Account Manager

ProLine Radiant (Wholesale Division of Warmzone) is a national design and sales organization for electric radiant heating systems. We work with a wide variety of building professionals to sell the highest valued radiant heating systems in North America. The ProLine Radiant regional account manager position requires an experienced, dedicated individual to work closely with electrical wholesalers, dealers, landscape wholesalers, home builders, various types of sub-contractors, business owners, architects and other professionals. The position consists of both outside and inside sales and will be spent visiting existing and prospective customer locations throughout the state of Colorado.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.

· Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts.

· Follow up on prospects and jobs. Consistent and complete follow up with existing and prospect accounts is expected and required.

· Prepare presentations and proposals. Negotiate sales/purchases, manage, renew, and review contracts as required to enable effective sales growth.

· Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

· Manage all aspects of the customer experience ensure a positive experience and relationship.

· Identify and resolve client concerns.

· Utilize CRM system to create, manage and maintain accurate account records. Create quotes, manage sales campaigns, and become versed in our product offerings.

· Assist with new product identification and marketing.

· Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Experience

· 3+ years of experience in sales

Business Skills

· Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, including ability to accurately gauge project duration, manage expectations, deliver on deadlines, and handle conflicting priorities.

· Sound business judgment, including ability to quickly grasp complex issues and understand their effects.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization including customers and vendors.

Technical Skills

· Familiarity and experience in Microsoft office applications (Word, Email, Excel).

· Familiarity with CRM systems.

Pay

This is a full-time position with paid time off, paid holidays, medical and dental benefits. Pay dependent upon experience.
