Location: Portland, OR
Job Type: Direct Hire, Fully Onsite, Fulltime
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 a year DOE
Responsibilities:
Managing union payroll for a larger company.
Ensuring the accuracy of all data input into the payroll system
Safeguarding the confidentiality and security of employee information
Addressing payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly and professionally
Assisting with year-end payroll reporting
Undertaking other related duties as necessary
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in multistate union payroll processing
Construction industry experience within payroll is a requirement
Exceptional attention to detail and precision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
