This role involves processing payroll for a large number of employees in a dynamic corporate environment. You will be working in a hybrid workplace, requiring both onsite and remote work.
Key responsibilities:
• Efficient and accurate processing of semi-monthly payroll for a substantial number of employees using Ceridian Dayforce.
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and other legal requirements.
• Handling complex payroll aspects including garnishments and payroll taxes.
• Auditing time data and resolving any discrepancies.
• Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll.
• Processing final pay for exiting employees.
• Utilizing your skills in Ceridian, Domestic Payroll, and Approved Timesheets.
• Maintenance of automated timesheets and ensuring their accuracy.
• Exhibiting strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Regularly monitoring and reviewing payroll procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Payroll Administrator role or similar
• Proficient with payroll software, ideally Ceridian
• Experience in handling domestic payroll is required
• Must have a solid understanding of approved timesheets
• A background in the insurance industry is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of current payroll tax requirements and regulations
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
