NetSuite Consultant (Part-Time - 20 Hours/Week)

Location:
Lafayette, CO (Hybrid Schedule)
Hourly Pay Range: $80-100/hr

About the Organization:
Our client, a mission-driven non-profit healthcare organization, is navigating a significant organizational change following a merger. To support this transition, we are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to lead the migration and integration of financial systems onto NetSuite. This is a part-time opportunity (20 hours/week) ideal for a detail-oriented systems expert who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working with purpose-driven organizations.


Key NetSuite Consultant Responsibilities:
The NetSuite Consultant will work closely with leadership and accounting teams to ensure a smooth financial system migration post-merger. The focus will be on aligning multiple entities into a cohesive NetSuite environment while supporting broader integration goals.



System Migration & Integration (60%)




  • Lead the migration of multiple entities from Multiview and other platforms into NetSuite.




  • Customize and implement NetSuite modules to align with current and future organizational needs.




  • Assist with designing and configuring the Chart of Accounts (COA), reporting structures, and workflows within NetSuite.




  • Ensure data integrity and perform rigorous testing throughout the integration process.




Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Alignment (25%)




  • Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and operations teams to align procedures and financial practices between merging entities.




  • Document system processes and train internal teams on NetSuite functionality.




  • Support the development of standardized policies, controls, and approval workflows within the platform.




Reporting & Strategic Support (15%)




  • Design and implement custom NetSuite dashboards and financial reports for key stakeholders.




  • Offer strategic input on how to optimize NetSuite for future scalability.




  • Provide technical support during monthly closes and reconciliations within the new system.





NetSuite Consultant Qualifications & Experience:
Must-Have:




  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant leading system implementations or migrations.




  • Strong understanding of financial systems architecture, accounting workflows, and cross-entity reporting within NetSuite.




  • Experience working in or with non-profits or healthcare-related organizations.




  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.




Nice-to-Have:




  • Background in federally qualified health center (FQHC) accounting or governmental fund accounting.




  • Familiarity with Multiview financial software.




  • Prior experience supporting post-merger systems integration.
