In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records, processing customer interactions, and managing inventory related tasks within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records using IBM AS/400 and ERP Solutions.
• Process customer interactions and inquiries efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and Excel to maintain and update customer and inventory data.
• Handle cash activity and cash handling responsibilities with precision.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Utilize the 'About Time' software for task management and time tracking.
• Assist in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) activities.
• Engage in data entry tasks and maintain customer records with a high level of accuracy.• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required
• Experience with ERP Solutions is needed
• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 is necessary
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is required
• Knowledge of About Time software is preferred
• Proven experience in Cash Activity management is needed
• Experience with Cash Handling is essential
• Excellent Customer Service skills are required
• Proficiency in Data Entry is necessary
