Electrical Construction Supervisor

System One is currently seeking an Electrical Construction Supervisor on a 12 month contract position located at a Wind Farm near Burlington, CO.
Electrical Construction Supervisor Responsibilities: Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems including power distribution systems, substations, high voltage systems, low voltage systems, and SCADA systems.
Develop work schedules, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, and planning resource allocations including labor, equipment, and materials.
Provide training, mentoring and support to team members.
Monitor workforce performance and resolve any personnel issues as needed.
Ensure that all work complies with project specifications, electrical codes and safety standards.
Perform inspections to verify system performance and maintain detailed records and quality control processes.
Supply information to the project manager regarding budgetary constraints and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
Participate in safety meeting and conduct regular site walks to assess progress and identify challenges are also key responsibilities.
Act as main point of contact for all electrical aspects of the project and provide regular updates to the project manager, construction manager and stakeholders.
Develop work schedules.

Train team members.
Monitor performance.
Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
Maintain quality control.
Electrical Construction Supervisor Requirements: Valid driver's license
5-7 years of electrical experience on wind turbine systems, including experience with power distribution systems, high voltage, low voltage and substations
Direct experience with Vestas platforms is preferred
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering is required for this role
Proven leadership skills and professionalism in interactions with work crews
Duration: 12 months
Location: Burlington, CO
Pay Rate: $67-71/hr
PD: $178/day
