Hardware Technician - Config/Depot Technician

Duties:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components such as CPUs, memory modules, hard drives, and network cards.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on computer systems and peripherals.
- Diagnose hardware issues and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex hardware problems.
- Keep accurate records of hardware inventory and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware technologies and trends.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Hardware Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with end-users and IT professionals.
