Position: Contract Specialist
Employment Type: Contract
Location: In-Office (Parking Provided)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible Start/End Times)
Pay Rate: $30 - $45/hr.
Responsibilities:

  • Review, redline, and edit approximately 80 contracts per month

  • Ensure contract terms comply with company policies and legal standards

  • Work closely with internal teams and external parties to resolve contract issues

  • Maintain accurate records of contract changes and approvals

  • Assist in negotiations to align agreements with company interests

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in contract review and editing

  • Legal background
