Major Duties/Responsibilities:
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
Familiar with all construction types: Wood, Metal, Plank
Experience with interacting with project management of commercial construction projects
Coordinate and monitor subcontractors
Make purchase orders and product scheduling
Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules
Responsible for interfacing with project owners
Walk jobsite and verify quality and rough ins
Review and handle shop drawings process
Complete jobsite control of deliveries, scheduling subcontractors, and inspections
Contact architect and engineers for RFI's or questions
Main point of contact for project inquiries and responsibilities from overall project perspective
Qualifications:
Commercial construction experience within construction of Hotels, Offices, Warehouses, Apartments, Multi Family, etc..
Knowledge and ability to read and understand construction specs and drawings
