Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with over 4 years of experience in operating, setting up, programming, and editing CNC machines, specifically Mills or Lathes. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for overtime. The work is conducted in a job shop environment located in Louisville, OH.
1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday) or 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities- Operate, set up, program, and edit CNC machines in a job shop environment using Mills and/or Lathe machines.
- Utilize Fanuc and MasterCam software to complete jobs.
- Apply G&M Code for machining tasks.
- Read blueprints and use calipers and micrometers for tolerancing.
- Machine components using materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, carbon, and zinc, including very thin tubing.
Essential Skills- All-around CNC machining skills with Lathe or Mills.
- Experience in machine edits, G&M Code, machine set-ups/tear-downs, tool changes, and basic machine upkeep.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and maintaining tolerances using micrometers and calipers.
- Knowledge of Fanuc control systems and basic programming.
- At least 3 years of machining experience.
- Diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with MasterCAM.
- Machining certifications or related schooling.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.75/hr.
