We are seeking a Clinic Care Dental Coordinator in Hawley, MN; toensure a smooth patient experience by managing scheduling, coordinatingprovider availability, and delivering exceptional customer service.


KeyResponsibilities:

  • Provideoutstanding customer service to patients, families, and staff.
  • Schedulepatient appointments, ensuring clinic and provider schedules remain productiveper scheduling guidelines.
  • Answerand manage phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assistpatients with special needs, ensuring a welcoming and accommodating experience.
  • Maintainaccurate electronic patient records and documentation.
  • Prioritize,multi-task, and complete daily administrative tasks in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Utilizeand/or learn computer systems such as Open Dental, Microsoft Office, and othernecessary software.

Requirements:

  • Highschool diploma or GED required.
  • Customerservice, scheduling, and phone experience preferred.
  • Dentaloffice experience strongly preferred.
  • Validdriver’s license and eligibility for company car insurance roster highlypreferred.
  • Abilityto type at least 40+ WPM accurately.
  • Dependability,punctuality, and willingness to work late hours and weekends as needed.
