Job Description

*Volt is hiring Assemblers for 1st and 2nd shift for a leading Manufacturing Company in Colorado Springs, CO.*

**Must be able to work Overtime every shift - Must be able to work flexible schedule - Must be able to work occasioanly Saturdays**

As an* Assembler* you will:

* Prepare, operate, and maintain the assigned production line or station for the assembly of products
* Regularly lift 20-46 pounds
* Notifying management when preventative maintenance is needed
* Maintain quality standards
* Maintain and clean equipment according to guidelines and expectations
The ideal candidate will have:

* HS Diploma or GED.
* Previous assembly experience preferred
* Good mechanical aptitude and vision/finger dexterity
* Must be open to working OT during peak season.
* Must pass pre employment screenings
This is a *F**ull time, Temp to Hire *opportunity

*1st shift Light assembly: 6:30am - 4pm, $15.75/hr.*

*2nd Shift Heavy Assembly: 2:30pm - 12am, $17.25/hr*.
