We are Hiring Immediately for a Warehouse position!

Adam's Polishes is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Selector to join our Retail Shipping Department. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while ensuring a smooth and efficient shipping process. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in picking or shipping and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with experience using ShipStation or FedEx shipping software are preferred, as well as those with order processing experience and strong computer skills.

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare retail orders for shipment following company standards.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure all products are properly labeled and packed securely.
• Utilize ShipStation, FedEx, or other shipping platforms to process and generate shipping labels.
• Ensure shipments are completed on time and according to carrier requirements.
• Maintain organized and clean workstations within the Retail Shipping Department.
• Assist in inventory control, ensuring proper stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Utilize computer systems to process orders, track shipments, and update inventory records.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards while handling products and packaging materials.

• 2+ years of experience in order picking, shipping, or fulfillment.
• Experience with ShipStation, FedEx shipping software, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to process and track orders.
• Experience with order processing, inventory systems, or warehouse management software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet shipping deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Warehouse setting with exposure to shipping and fulfillment operations.
• Must be comfortable working on repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
• Full-time position with potential overtime during peak seasons.
