Compensation:
$50,000/year +
Incentive Program
(Bonus/Commission based on performance)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Accounting/Finance practice. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our staffing solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Present our services to potential clients and address their needs
Negotiate staffing solutions and close sales
Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
or
2+ years of professional sales experience
Strong experience in cold calling, sales, and relationship management is a plus!
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
