My client is based in the Software industry and they are looking for an extra hand. This will be a part time opportunity, about 20-25 hrs a week for 90+ days.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time AP Contractor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Processing and verifying invoices.
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Preparing and maintaining all accounts payable reports and spreadsheets.
Managing and reconciling American Express credit card transactions.
Maintaining vendor files and relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve accounting issues and improve efficiency.
Performing data entry tasks related to accounts payable.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with financial software systems.
