Job Title: Production Worker/Machine Operator

Shift:

-2nd: 2:00pm-10:30pm (M-F) - $20/hr

-3rd: 10:00pm-6:30am (M-F) - $20.50/hr

Location: Denver, CO

This role involves operating production machinery, performing quality checks, and packaging products. Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery to produce clamps, sometimes managing up to two machines simultaneously.
• Feed products into the machine and perform quality checks to ensure top-notch standards.
• Make small mechanical adjustments on machines as needed to maintain efficiency.
• Stand by the machine and report any defects or breakdowns promptly.
• Package and label products once they are processed through the machine.
• Select tools and parts for the machine each day to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months of production or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand in one place for long periods.
• Comfortable working in a loud environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in machine operation is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude for making small adjustments to machinery.

Work Environment

This role is set in a loud manufacturing environment where steel products are produced. The facility is clean and well-kept, but candidates must be able to handle consistent loud noises. After training, you will primarily work independently but will be around colleagues frequently. Dress code includes steel-toe shoes and jeans without holes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $23.00/hr.
