Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with plaintiff personal injury experience to join our client’s team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of personal injury experience in Oregon, strong drafting skills, and the ability to review medical records and create chronologies. Responsibilities:

Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from initial investigation to trial and verdict
Draft and file pleadings, demand letters, and other persuasive legal documents
Manage discovery, analyze medical records, and track liens
Organize case files and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
Prepare for and support depositions, mediations, and courtroom proceedings
Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
Oversee deadlines and manage case calendars to ensure timely progress

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation as a paralegal
Proficiency in discovery, trial prep, and reviewing medical records
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with state and local civil procedures and filing requirements in Oregon and Washington
Tech-savvy, with experience using legal case management software
Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
