Duration: 9 month contract to hire, reliable employees will convert at the end of the contract
Shift: 5x8’s. Clinic is open 8-6 Mon-Sat. Will occasionally have to work Saturdays. Clinic is also open to part time.
Pay Rate: $43-$54/hr Depending on years of experience
Requirements:
Licensed LCSW in the State of Oregon
Master’s of Social Work – new grads are welcome
Plusses:
Licensed LCSW in the State of Washington
Experience with a vulnerable or BIPOC patient population
Day to Day Job Description:
We are excited to work with Black Men & Women in Training, locally-owned, fast-growing clinic, to hire two LCSW's or MSW's to contract-to-hire positions to support a growth in patient population. The LCSW/MSW will provide clinical counseling to 20-30 patients per week, most coming from under-served patient populations. If the candidate holds their MSW and is interested in pursuing their LCSW, their supervision hours will be sponsored and paid for.
The pay range for this position depends on the licensure status of the applicant and relevant experience. For MSW candidates, pay ranges from $30-$36/hr. For LCSW candidates, the pay ranges from $43-$53/hr. Applicants from BIPOC or other underrepresented backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
