Location: Portland, OR (on-site 5 days a week)
Type: Contract through May
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm M-F (37.5 hours/week)
Pay: $28-$30/hr.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to legal teams and general office support services (phones, mail, supply ordering).
Perform tasks such as making coffee or ordering lunch for legal teams.
Work independently to manage daily office duties.
Qualifications
Experience e-filing in Oregon district court as well as the 9th circuit court of appeals
Strong docketing experience
Docketing experience and knowledge of ORCP
Civil litigation trial support experience
