Are you ready to take your IT career to the next level? Join our dynamic team as an IT Technician and become a trusted advisor to our clients. You'll spend most of your time engaging with our customers via remotely and on-site, solving their issues, and building strong business relationships. You'll work with various technologies and end users, providing top-tier IT support to our extensive client base in and around the Denver Metro area. Adaptability is crucial due to the diverse office cultures and technologies you will encounter. Responsibilities will include:
- Provide desktop support over the phone and in-person, troubleshooting network and end-user systems.
- Develop and document technical procedures and end-user guides.
- Work alongside our team of technology professionals to deliver best-in-class IT support to over 1600 endpoints
- Support our Systems Administrators on-site and in the office.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Desire and aptitude to learn and grow as an IT professional.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and a fast learner.
- Ability to handle confidential information with respect.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows networking and desktop systems.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; technical certification is a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have proof of active automobile liability insurance that meets Colorado State Law requirements.
