Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for an Inventory Specialist role in Burlington, NC! This is a fully on-site role where you are responsible for auditing the inventory, work through issues with product location or discrepancies. You are also responsible for processing orders from multiple locations! You are working heavily with internal counterparts in IT, Finance, Shipping and Receiving. You must have strong attention to detail, great time management skills, strong analytical skills and be punctual!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily audits of specific categories, reconciling inventory in WMS
Conduct cycle counts per week, month, quarter
Process orders in WMS and ERP system
Process special deliveries outside of normal delivery schedules
Check drivers in and assign loading docks
Receive inventory into the system
Review and track bulk storage
Process credits and returns from multiple locations
Create support tickets for WMS
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
At least 2 years of inventory management experience
WMS experience preferred, ERP experience required
Comfortable in Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Strong problem solving skills
Good math skills
Strong analytical skills
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
