The primary duty for this position is to provide technical support for workstation users across all aspects of the company. Other duties include but are not limited to: Installation of equipment under a wide variety of conditions. Travel between multiple locations to help troubleshoot any system issues and field questions from multiple McMenamin locations. The workstation technician will also be required to be accessible by cell phone. Each McMenamin employee is expected to perform their job in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to their manager in a timely manner. The Workstation Technician will be expected to keep current on McMenamin events and technical information as it applies to their job duties. Other duties as assigned by management.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Provides primary technical support for all computer hardware and software. This requires a familiarity and comfort with a broad range of Operating Systems but primarily Windows.
Provide excellent customer service for end users across the organization
Responsible for the installation, cabling, and repairs of all workstation and network equipment. Requires basic troubleshooting abilities.
Responsible for setting up new user and e-mail accounts
Responsible for general computer department/areas clean up.
Responsible for running miscellaneous computer department errands.
Work directly with all levels of Mcmenamin staff to solve and troubleshoot problems involving daily workstation use.
Must be willing to participate in on call rotation, including nights and weekends.
Requirements of the job
Entry level technical knowledge and problem solving abilities
Microsoft Certification or equivalent experience required
Must possess a strong ability to learn, retain and troubleshoot a variety of operating systems
hardware configurations
Strong organizational skills required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels within
the company
A degree in computer science or a related field preferred
Experience with third party providers including accounting, payroll, HR and point of sale preferred
Essential Functions of the job
Safely practice heavy lifting with the help of another person if necessary
Ability to see small machine parts and see fine color values
Must be able to work long hours at a computer workstation
Communicate clearly in a positive and professional manner
Ability to travel between multiple locations
Ability to climb stairs
Some repetitive movements such as bending, pushing, pulling, twisting and stooping
Fine hand manipulation and repetitive use of hands, including typing and writing

Additional Information
• 1 week a month they will 8 AM- 4 PM (Onsite)
• 2 weeks a month they will be 9 AM – 5PM (Onsite)
• 1 week is 2 PM- 10PM (remote)
• Also, they will have to work 2 weekends a month, but they will get Monday and Tuesday off of those weeks.
