Must have active state license
Weekdays, Days, No call
32 - 40 hours per week
Procedures are based on the providers comfort level
General ophthalmology including cataracts, glaucoma, corneal diseases, diabetic retinopathy etc
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
