This Fortune 500 company is seeking a Facilities Coordinator/Receptionist in the Denver, CO area. As a Facilities Coordinator/Receptionist you will be responsible for the oversight of two offices located in Denver and Boulder. Facility Coordinator(s) will be required to travel from both sites on a weekly basis, performing multiple tasks in the facility and reception spaces. Job description as follows:

- Customer Service - This individual will have customer facing experience and the ability to speak on said experience.
- Project Management - Individual has a background in managing projects and the ability to describe full cycle (design to delivery).
- Communication & Time Management - This role has a significant amount of autonomy in how it can be executed. It is necessary to be organized and intentional in managing tasks and time.

Schedule
Monday & Friday at Boulder site.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at Denver site.
Denver Location:
· Reception heavy, most assignments will be conducted from the reception desk. This individual will be responsible for hosting small trainings with several guests on a regular basis. Will be responsible in greeting guests, employee badging processes, and following all security codes and requirements.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Individual to work Monday & Friday in Boulder
· Individual to work Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday in Denver
· Individual should be able to fill in for any team member (in Boulder) on vacation or that call in sick
· Individual should have knowledge of facilities services (2+ years’ experience) and working with mechanical and service vendors
· Individual will work with Company financial systems for work tasks and invoicing
· Individual will perform all duties as assigned in a supporting role for Boulder and Denver sites
· Ensure that both internal and external clientele, vendors and other service providers receive a high level of service
· Responsible for meet and greet, receiving incoming mail and ensuring that outgoing mail gets out in a timely basis
· Responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of building maintenance, procurement of supplies and upkeep of operational trackers
· Work closely with the Facilities Supervisor to ensure that all Purchase Orders are consistently maintained on an ongoing basis
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform daily duties as per job requirements and as assigned be Facilities Supervisor.
· Daily inspection of facilities to ensure that the building is kept at a high level of maintenance.
· Ensure that all maintenance and custodial issues in conjunction with life safety issues are addressed in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.
· Ensure that UPS maintenance is completed on a quarterly basis.
· Ensure that all spaces are kept at a high level of cleanliness that will consistently impact the employees, vendors, and visitors experience.
· Conduct daily site walkthrough to validate that work orders were completed, while generating new work orders as requested or deemed necessary.
· Respond to all email requests for building maintenance and general correspondence in a consistent and timely manner.
· Provide support for conference room maintenance, usage, and scheduling.
· Conduct inspections daily and record temperature readings and if necessary and report it up for corrective measures.
· Ensure that receptionist area is kept at a high level of maintenance in conjunction with ensuring that supplies and equipment are maintained at adequate levels.
· Ensure that all vendors and visitors receive the appropriate badges via the system and clearance to enter all spaces within the site.
· Report all inconsistencies to the Lead Facilities Coordinator for corrective measures.
· Order all breakroom supplies on a timely basis, while keeping stocking and keeping inventory of said supplies.
· Maintain a sufficient inventory of office supplies to ensure the smooth operation and management of service delivery.
· Receive all incoming USPS mail, FedEx and UPS packages in conjunction with the distribution of outgoing mail, while maintaining a current log of all activity.
· Responsible for intake of work orders.
· Perform other duties as required to support the operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
· Ensure that the reception area is always kept at a high level of cleanliness and organization.
