We need a team player and need someone to work independently. Must be reliable, organized, good communication skills, able to pay attention to detail, flexible, personable & approachable.
Must be available to customers during your work hours, by phone & email. Responding in a timely manner.
Communicate with customers regarding quote requests, orders, general product questions, educating customers on our product and processes, and resolving any issues they are experiencing.
Providing quotes and processing orders. Making sure we have received all the necessary information/paperwork, completed forms, and final approvals before handing order off to production.
Work closely with ACDC team to communicate updates, provide answers to meet customer's needs & expectations.
Average of 8-10 hours per day to accommodate workload. Team player includes not just focusing on your desk or your customers, but on the whole team. If you are not busy, you will be assisting other team members where needed. Always keeping in mind how you do your job affects your customers as well as your team members that you are handing off to.
Occasionally evening hours may be required for customer events.
