2 - Troubleshooting- not necessary desktop but WIN10 migration would be good.
3 - Remote migration, reimaging and application install are mostly scripted. There is a check list, data is backed up manually.
4 - Compatibility testing - ability to do application testing for Win10 readiness
5 - Win10 experience - Somebody that has investigating mindset and willing to get in the weeds dig vs just somebody who has Win10 experience
6 – Ability to document and report applications that have shown up non compatible so it minimizes future investigations if support team knows how to migrate that particular application
