Reporting to the Association Executive/CEO, you will be the driving force behind our external communications, managing content creation and distribution across various platforms. You'll take ownership of planning, promoting, and executing diverse educational programs and events, ensuring seamless delivery. A key focus will be managing our sponsorship program through proactive outreach and relationship management. Additionally, you'll support volunteer committees as a dedicated staff liaison. This role requires superior organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail, and a passion for supporting our members. Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Association Executive and in accordance with the Association's policies/procedures, subject to Association Bylaws and resolutions of the Board of Directors this position will be primarily responsible for the following key areas.
Communications: Create and manage all external communications from developing engaging content for distribution across various channels (digital, print, social media, email and website)
· Create and manage marketing content (digital and print) for distribution through our external association network, including advertising and promotional campaigns.
· Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, producing and scheduling engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
· Create and distribute the company newsletter, ensuring timely and relevant communication with our audience.
· Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand messaging.
· Maintain organizational calendar
· Maintain email database and records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Program Coordination: In collaboration with the CEO, oversee the planning, promotion, and execution of all aspects of various programs and events, including educational, community and membership programs, taking ownership of key project deliverables.
· Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement educational programs and events that align with the company's strategic objectives,
· Manage all aspects of educational program/event logistics, including venue booking, catering, registration, and on-site coordination.
· Develop program/event marketing materials, such as flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content.
· Track program/event participation, gather feedback, and analyze performance to optimize future strategies.
· Collaborate with the CEO on updating educational program and event budgets, focusing on cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.
· Coordinate with instructors, speakers, or other stakeholders involved in educational programs/events.
· Handle inquiries and registrations related to programs/events, providing excellent customer service.
· Maintain program/event records and databases.
Sponsorship & Partnerships: This position will focus on expanding the affiliate and industry partner sponsorship program, serving as the primary point of contact for sponsors, cultivating strong relationships, managing all sponsor details and package specifics, and providing comprehensive reports on sponsorship activities and revenue to the CEO.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for program sponsors and vendors, managing inquiries and day-to-day communications.
· Develop and manage external sponsorship communications strategy and content across email, web, and social media channels.
· Execute the annual sponsorship cycle, coordinating solicitation, renewal processes, and related marketing efforts.
· Track and ensure fulfillment of all sponsor benefits and organizational commitments, providing regular reporting.
· Maintain comprehensive and accurate sponsor/vendor records, website information, and program forms.
· Facilitate communication and collaboration as the staff liaison to the industry partner committee.
Staff Liaison: Serves as staff liaison to designated committees.
· Partners with volunteer members to manage administrative tasks and ensure effective committee operations.

Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Experience creating and distributing email newsletters.
Experience managing and updating website content (e.g., using a CMS).
Proficiency in marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, graphic design software i.e. CANVA).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar).
