As a traveling construction superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of various construction projects, including tenant improvement, custom residential, and multi-family developments. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a deep understanding of construction processes, is adept at managing project teams, and can uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. We are a Denver based company and lodging and housing allowance is provided for all traveling job duties

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Project Oversight: Take charge of overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects adhere to specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Travel between job sites to provide onsite supervision and guidance to project teams.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, construction crews, and other personnel to effectively execute projects. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

3. Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to deliver construction projects that meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.

4. Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact on sites for subcontractors, project managers, and regulatory authorities. Maintain clear and open communication channels to ensure project progress and address any issues that may arise. Use of email, text messaging, and other phone applications will be required.

5. Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on all job sites. Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability among all project team members.

To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a construction superintendent, with a focus on tenant improvement, custom residential, and/or multi-family construction projects.

2. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices, along with a demonstrated ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

3. Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously and the flexibility to travel as required to various job sites within the designated region. Own mode of transportation required. Travel throughout Colorado Mountains and Denver front range with primary focus on the I-70 Corridor of the mountains.

4. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead, mentor, and collaborate with diverse project teams.

5. Proficiency in ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

6. A track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
